We have so many teas and so little time remain. So every day we have only one or two odds to decide, which tea prepare. One of this two is our every day's matcha and eventually some other tea. This teas can be our own teas, samples, new arrivals etc, and many times they are teas we can't more deal, because they are out of season. This matcha is to use exclusively as koicha - thick tea, but we go to prepare it as a simple common usucha, thin tea and in this form it is even rounder and sweeter. Asking luxurious, extraordinary good items in common style, but with concentrated mind, awake their concealed properties.

Ezt a halandó szupermarket tea ivó talán nem is érti, pedig minden teának van szezonja. Most éppen a friss kínai zöldek mutatják magukat, egy hónap múlva itt az első japán, stb. Mi viszont sokszor kénytelenek vagyunk meginni saját szezonon kívüli teánkat, esetleg elajándékozzuk.
Ez itt a matcha obukucha, a legfontosabb japán teaszertartás temae a hatsugama teája, ami kizárólag koicha - sűrű teaként használható, de mi most egyszerű ruhába bújtatva, de nagy koncentrációval készítjük el egy derűs délutánon.
